The half-legendary Swedish underground act Desultory, playing a fashion of death metal incorporating melodic elements without turning into... shit, or sounding like At The Gates.

Now, my oppinion would be that in death metal there is a very thin line between good and downright awfull. Because of the growl or, I don't know, the lyrics which tend to get very stupid.
