I like this song from Manufactura, though I dont like the rest of the album. Does anyone know some similar bands that are good?
I'm not so much into these and I have not a real genre knowledge.
Maybe someone has some good recommendations?

Sounds like really hard trance almost, reminds me of Gladheadz and Ueberdruck a little. Maybe check out some stuff in the Gabber genre (Neophyte, some Scott
Brown), it's noisy like that with a dancy kick drum to it.

Try some Iszoloscope. Brilliant stuff, some sort of mixture between rhytmic noise and excellent dark ambient (especially in his latest album The Audient Void).
Some of the earlier records are pure dark ambient and/or slower noisy stuff. Here is a good sample (whole song actually) from Audient Void.
The first two Rosewater albums Kursk & Motor Medicine are also similar. Lots of noise, cool melodies and occasionally fast tempos. Their latest album, Bloodcount, is also very good but more softer. If you want some Suicide Commando or Wumpscut I'd also start with their earlier works (at least with Wumpscut). Theres a big difference between Ratzingers early stuff like this, which is excellent, and the almost cheesy, very light stuff he seems to push out nowadays. The few first Suicide Commando full lengths are pure EBM classics imo, harsh, violent, dark and ANALOG
